Students at the Gordon Greenidge Primary School are now safer when at play, thanks to a community project by CargoBGI Inc.
The Rock Dundo, St James school’s damaged fence, which runs adjacent to the highway, has been repaired thanks to the shipping company which also donated school supplies as well as a large sign for the entrance of the compound.
During a ceremony at the school on Thursday, Principal Mary Archer said the investment by companies in schools benefitted the entire community.
I want to say thank you to CargoBGI for their effort in repairing the fence. It has been about seven years since this fence was broken and CargoBGI has taken the opportunity to ensure the safety of the students at the Gordon Greenidge Primary School
