The Cargo BGI Portal is an online system for customers to view, track and manage customer packages and shipments being delivered through Cargo BGI. The system allows customers to:

- View and manage customer shipping accounts registered with Cargo BGI
- Track customer packages and shipments being received and delivered by Cargo BGI
- View and manage shipment updates and notifications
- Upload and view your customer package value and corresponding purchase invoices.
- View your Cargo BGI shipment invoices
- Update customer delivery preferences and instructions
